The agreement between you and TrackMyPrep, in plain language.
The agreement
By creating an account or using TrackMyPrep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "TrackMyPrep", "we" and "us" mean TrackMyPrep Pvt Ltd, which operates trackmyprep.com and app.trackmyprep.com.
Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure.
- One account is for one person.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
- You must be at least 16 to use the service.
What the service is
TrackMyPrep is a tracking tool for government recruitment exams. It shows exam dates, eligibility details and official links collected from public recruitment listings, lets you track the exams you are sitting, offers practice quizzes, and provides PrepAI, an AI study assistant. It does not teach the syllabus, does not provide study material, and is not affiliated with any conducting body, coaching institute or government department.
Exam information
Exam information is collected from public recruitment listings and processed automatically. It can be incomplete, late or wrong, and conducting bodies change dates and rules. The official notification always prevails. You are responsible for checking dates and eligibility in the official notification before applying for any exam. We are not liable for a missed application, a wrong fee or an eligibility error, however caused.
PrepAI
PrepAI generates answers with an AI model. It can be wrong, especially about specific dates, rules and figures. Use it for planning and understanding, and check facts against the official notification. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions. PrepAI has a daily message limit.
Quizzes
Quizzes are free, with a daily limit on how many you can start. Questions are written with the help of an AI model and checked for format, not individually by a person, so a question or answer can occasionally be wrong. Use quizzes for practice, not as an authority. Your streak counts the days in a row on which you finish at least one quiz.
Price
The service is free. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them and their terms in the app before charging anything.
Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell or scrape the service or its data.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer it.
- Do not use PrepAI to generate content that is unlawful, abusive or meant to cheat in an exam.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after warning you unless the harm is serious.
Your content and ours
What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service. The app, its design and its name are ours; you may not copy them.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account. We can end the service or your access to it with reasonable notice.
Liability
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or exam outcomes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Questions: admin@trackmyprep.com.
Grievance Officer
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, our Grievance Officer is Debraj Singh, TrackMyPrep Pvt Ltd, admin@trackmyprep.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
